Legalising documents that have been requested by an Ethiopian authority can be seem like a daunting prospect. Fortunately, we are at hand to ensure your personal documents are correctly certified and legalised with the appropriate authorities. We are unable to assist with the legalisation of commercial documents for Ethiopia at present.

Once your personal documents have been legalised we have several delivery options available to return the completed order to a UK address or directly overseas.

It is important to process documents correctly to avoid delays and further expenses. When we legalise your document we will check the document to ensure it has been created correctly and that it is suitable for the attestation service. When documents need to be certified by a solicitor we will include this in our service. The documents are then hand delivered to the FCDO (often called the Foreign Office) for the apostille before they are submitted to the embassy for the Ethiopian attestation.

On completion, your document will have an apostille certificate attached. The embassy will their stamps to attest the document and an official sticker will be applied to confirm the correct fee has been paid to Ethiopia.
