If a university sends us a document directly to us we can easily provide the e-apostille. Otherwise, we can verify university issued certificates (e.g. degree, masters PhD).
Many documents are now issued as digital PDFs. This includes most court documents, P60s, payslips, tax documents, HMRC letters and more.
Companies House documents can all be verified online. The e-apostille can be added to all Companies House certificates. Other documents need further verification.
Documents that are provided digitally can often have an e-apostille added. We include digital solicitor certification, the UK e-apostille.
Legalising documents with the e-apostille can be confusing as only documents with a recognised digital solicitor's signature can be processed. Most solicitors do not have a recognised digital signature. Using our legalisation service will save you time and money. If you have been asked to provide an electronic apostille we can take care of this for you. We are pleased to offer a fully inclusive solution to businesses and individuals.
It is important to process documents correctly to avoid delays and further expenses. When we legalise your document we will check the document to ensure it has been created correctly and that it is suitable for the e-apostille service. We then arrange for our solicitor to add their digital signature to the digital document. The documents are then uploaded, securely, to the FCDO (often called the Foreign Office) for the e-apostille.
On completion your document will be emailed to you with the digital solicitor certification and electronic apostille in PDF format.
We are confident that we provide the most competitive prices for our services. If you find a comparable service that provides the same high levels of service and processing times at a lower price we will be pleased to try and match the price. We recommend you check all fees are included and you have accounted for additional charges (solicitor fees, vat, FCDO charges and other disbursements) when comparing services.
The FCDO requests that all documents are correctly presented and digitally signed or they will be rejected. Our service includes electronic solicitor certification. We make sure your order will be correctly certified to avoid delays. If you send us pre-certified documents we ask that you ensure they are prepared according to the FCDO requirements. Not many solicitor's have a recognised digital signature that is verified on a secure service.
