We can collect your overseas documents from you.

To make your life easier we can arrange for DHL to collect your documents from your overseas addresses. DHL will then securely ship the documents direct to our office so that we can begin processing your order as soon as the delivery arrives.

If you don’t have an account with a reputable and reliable courier service then let us handle the shipment of your important documents. Using our own DHL account we can organise the collection of your documents and monitor the progress of the delivery to our door.

Arranging for your documents to be collected is easy. Simply email us with your collection address and we will book a DHL courier collection from your business or home address. When possible we recommend that customers arrange collection from a work address. These are typically open during normal courier times and you do not need to wait at home for a collection. However, DHL can collect from your home but you will need to ensure you are home on the day of collection.

Once we have submitted the collection we will email you login details for DHL’s booking system. You simply need to login, check the details of the collection are correct and print the paperwork. If required you can add special collection instructions 9e.g. ring buzzer, floor 3, office door 234, ask for John etc.).

Using our document collection service makes your life easier and means we can monitor the shipment of the document to our office. If you do not have an account with an international courier then let us arrange for the collection and safe transit of your document.

At present we do not offer UK collection as there is very little requirement for this. Customers can send documents to us with Royal Mail or any of the UK’s leading couriers. We do recommend all customers send documents to us using a tracked service and insure any valuable documents.

If you prefer to book your own international courier then please choose your own preferred service. We accept deliveries from all of the major international courier firms on normal working days.
